I forgot to mention I have a Weber Smokey Joe, I copied some instructions online to mod it into a smoker, but it didn't work too well, I think it was too small.

I signed up for the E-course, It is good reading.

My dad has an obsession with all types of wood so I have a lot of different wood species on the other side of town at my disposal.
