Name is Kevin. Master K is the nickname my kids gave me years ago whenever I am smoking or grilling. Mostly enjoy smoking baby backs, butts, prime rib, beef tenderloin, sausage. Trying to figure out brisket. Have done chickens, fresh hams and salmon. Going to try whole hog sometime in the near future. I have owned a Brinkmann Cimarrron for about 9-10 years. A friend of mine and I just went together on the big one. It is locally made by a seasoned smoking veteran. Great quality. He obviously takes pride in his work.
