Hey all, just doing the obligatory introduction thing. My name is Vic and I'm new to the sight, haven't been smoking all that long....Actually kicking myself now because it's one of my favorite hobbies now, should have started doing this years ago. Anyways, I live in Missouri and still have a lot of meat to try smoking. I may pop in with a question now and again but for the most part I'm a page stalker and enjoy reading others posts. I'm using an offset smoker as of right now, nothing fancy but it is working for what I do. Thanks in advance to whomever answers what ever questions I come up with.
