Smoking seems to be a guy thing but in our house, I'm the grill master (or missus) and I've enjoyed smoking mostly salmon since acquiring a fireman's recipe. I've had a bullet smoker, a cheap offset smoker and electric Smoke Hollow. After trying a brisket on an electric, I knew I had to change things up. I just purchased a Smoke Vault 24" gasser.
