Hey everyone, first off thanks for the great site and great posts. I've been looking around at the site for awhile now. I just recently got a new 30" Masterbuilt dual fuel smoker from HD. I plan on doing my first smoke on Christmas. I'll be doing a ham, and for New Years I plan to do a Turkey for the family.
After reading alittle, I'm not gonna lie, I'm pretty nervous to do both and hopefully not screw it up. Il do my first seasoning tomorrow and be excited to give it a shot. Wish me luck. [emoji]128513[/emoji]
