I'm new to this all for the last few years now played with smoke bombs on the gas grill from time to time, then picked up a used Brinkmann Smoke and Grill on Kijiji this spring to try out some Charcoal cooking, and am now building a UDS to further satisfy what seems to be a growing obsession.
