Hello everyone my name is Jeromie and have been smoking now for about a year and have always loved good BBQ. I am fairly new and am wanting to learn as much as possible. I hope to meet some new people!

Thanks for the greetings from everyone! To answer a couple of questions I live in Denver metro area. My favorite meat is brisket and pork. I have always used hickory but I plan on using different woods this year as I did get a new smoker. It is a brinkman pit boss pro
