We did some CSRs yesterday, using Bearcarver's step by step and discovered a great wood combo for pig. Now it may not be new to others, but it was for us, just looking to change it up a bit. I used half maple and half peach in the AMNPS and enjoyed the smell so much, I could have smoked another eight hours.:biggrin: The flavor it gave the meat was fantastic as well.
