Hello all. Mike from northern Ohio(Bellevue). I'm new at the smoking process. I do alot hunting and fishing, therfore I am more geared toward smoking game. Although I am up for any suggestions. I have smoked a few things(duck, pheasant.goose) in my Masterbuilt Digital smokehouse. They turned out ok. Joined here from a friend that said I could get alot of good info on smoking procedures and recipes. Look forward to hearing from some of ya.
