Hi all! I registered here a couple years back when I built my first UDS.  Somehow I got booted and have now decided to re-register.  I live in Vancouver, WA, I love to fish and cook! I own 3 UDS's, a Traeger, a Little Chief, and a gas grill.  I couple years back I bought an old all metal fridge and am starting to build my list of equipment to get started on a build that will be used primarily for salmon and jerky.  So far under my belt I have done beef ribs, pork ribs, (BB's, St Louis, and Spare), ABT's, chuckies, brisket, pulled pork, chickens, fatties, jerky, and a ton of smoked salmon (hot smoked).  Look forward to learning a lot more and sharing what I can!

Here's a few teasers:

Great looking food.. Thanks for sharing!

You might have been a victim of our database issue that we had a couple of years ago.. we lost about 2 months of data including usernames, threads, posts, pm's,..

Glad to see you found your way back.

Welcome Back UnionGuy, we are glad to have you back with us and hope you can help us and we will try to help you all we can.  Sounds like you have plenty of experience!  May I suggest that you use the Search Bar and WIKI Sections which are full of information, (if you have not used them before you'll be surprised) .  Please remember this, the only dumb question that you can ask on here is the one you do not ask!  Again, glad to have you back with us and we truly hope all of your smokes be great ones!

Your SMF Friend,

Barry
