Got a few mods done to the little guy. Put a shelf on the front for the themo's. Drilled a couple holes under the the shelf for the probes, and put a basket in for the lump. I think this thing will make a nice little traveler for road trips

Done, for now

nice dude.........i just use the clip that comes with the et-73, and hook it on the door, but YOURS will werk fine............

Wasn't that to fit a little weber base for the coals under it? If I find one of those I'll turn them around.

mark.............what i do, is put the fire pan on some blicks or blocks........this way, you can LIFT the unit off, to have better access to the fire pan, to add more charcoal, or smoking wood........sorta like how the gourmet is

You watched too much of the Olympics didn't you. Anyway, that's a good idea. Guess I'll to turn the kegs around sooner then I thought. I did some dogs and burgers on it this aft and was thinking how much of a pain it was going to be to add lump to it on longer smokes. This will make it a piece of cake. And I wont need a baby weber base for the lump either. Thanks Steve!

you got beer on your mind mark?..............and like i said, you must not of looked at the mod link i posted...........geez........give em books and give em books, and all they do is ..........ahh.....never mind.........LOLOL

Ok, so neither one of us can spell. You know, took another look, they put legs on the pan. Guess I missed that part! Looked like a little weber base. Probably should read it instead of look at the pictures huh?

Mark, great looking family! Like your shelf too, I have one on my UDS, they really do come in handy.
