Need to cook 30 slabs by tuesday 1030 a.m.

  1. Not sure the route.... most I have done on my Lang 60 is 10.. 3-2-1. Give me ideas and best route.!

    Just curious, Slabs of ???? For what? I'm sure there are lots of folks who would help if they had more to go on.[​IMG]

  5. Not sure how you intended to sound, but I took those last two posts as a tad snippy. I'm sure others will too. Not sure how much help thats gonna get you.

    Only suggestion I have is use rib racks, or multiple layers of grates. One other thought do them in batches and reheat in oven.
