Need some help

Will smoking 6 7 pound pork butts take the same time as smoking 1 ??

Yes, the only difference will be the time it takes the smoker to come back to temp. after you put that much meat in it.

So if you put 1 butt in & it takes 3 minutes to get back to temp, it may take 20 or 30 minutes to get back with 6.
