Need some advice(Eye Round Roast)

    I picked up a 6# eye round roast at Sams, plenty of fat, how much should I trim off and when should I foil it, I want to slice it thin.

    If your gonna slice it thin, trim nothing now, trim after. Eyerounds dont have nothing concerning fat on the inside. Anything will help. When you say foil, I dont know what method your using. If you were gonna foil it for some reason I would cook it to an internal temp of 135 max then pull, foil and let set until it slowly cools down enough to handle on the slicer.
