need help

Hello all today is my 34th birtday and Saturday family is coming out for dinner im going to smoke chicken wings and three slabs of ribs with my wsm 18.5 will I be able to fit three slabs of st louis and roughly 7lbs of wings in it?

First of all, happy birthday. My jumbo mini is close to the same size as a 18.5 wsm. You should be able to fit the wings on one rack. As far as three racks of St Louis style ribs, you will most likely have to cut them in half. Then you can either use a rib rack or two different racks in the wsm if it has multiple racks. Another option I have seen is where you roll the ribs into a circle and tie them up with butcher string.

Like I said, I don't know how many racks the wsm has. By cutting them in half, I can fit two racks of St Louis style ribs on one grate of my jumbo which is 18" I believe.
