Need help modifying the mes for a cabinet

I am gonna consult with the masters here. I want to configure my smoker to work inside a bbq island under a tile top. Kinda like this. http://www.bbqislandinc.com/product....age=1&featured

I have to modify my mes 2 ways
1= move the control box looks simple enough

2= block off the back grease drain and wind another way was thinking of a grease drip pan but concerned about fires

I put an aluminum pan on the bottom shelf in my MES to catch the drippings. Not one drop has come out the back yet. Might be an option for you, but you will loose one smoking shelf.

I have never had a drop out of the back. I'll have to see where, or if there is any grease anywhere.

What are you going to do about the vent on top?
