Need Help: Beef Chuck Under Blade Roast Boneless

Sounds like the deal at Albertson's here where I live. They'll sell you a chuck roast for $5.99 per pound and give you one free.

I use "prime rib" rubs for all my steaks and beef roasts. then I rub them down with fresh garlic and extra fresh ground pepper. Got one sitting in the fridge for tomorrow!
 
Ganny for our area not a bad buy and I use the same rub as I do on a butt. I foil them at 165-170 then go to 190 for slicing and 205 for pulling. I rest them for 1 hour
 
That or Winn Dixie. Always seems like their price per pound is higher when they do buy one get ones. But in my neck of the woods $2.19/lb is a good price for chuck roasts
