Need Beefy Ribs Near Madison, AL!!!!

Any Madison or Huntsville beef smokers here?

My normal source for beefy Fred Flintstone ribs went out of business (Tim's Specialty Meats).

I tried Rocket City Meats, but their so-called beefy ribs were as bare of meat as the normal Winn-Dixie/Walmart/Kroger-type ribs.

Therefore, I need a source for true beefy ribs.

Here's a couple pics of how thick the meat is on what I call "beefy ribs". We're talking beef ribs with 2"-3" of meat on them.

Who here knows a good source in North Alabama near Madison?

Talk to the Meat Manager at Krogers and tell them what you want.
He should be able to hook you up, probably at a price, unless you bribe him with some samples.
