Cooking pulled pork and chicken for 60 people with baked beans and mac and cheese. Is $400 delivered or $500 catered a crazy price to ask? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

$8 per person seems like a pretty good deal to me. It is on the low side if anything.

Thank you. Just starting out and don't wanna scare anybody off by over pricing.

Do you know how many pounds your cooking and food costs? I would start with that and then you have some wiggle room. Don't sell yourself short.

Planning 3 butts at $1.79 a pound and 5 whole chickens at $1.09 a pound
So figure 100$ in the meat. Mac n cheese and beans might cost you another 50$ to make so that's gonna be around 150$ on those add in utensils and that and you could guess $200 for costs to plate everyone with sauces added in. What type of cooking method you using? I'm thinking if costs to make everything is $200 asking $400 is not bad. Less than $7 a person is pretty reasonable.
