Hi all.  My name is Royer and I'm sad to tell you all that at 46 years of age, until recently, I have only cooked on a gas grill.  My wife bought me a Smoke Hollow 4 in 1 grill.  The past three weeks I've been grilling with charcoal and perfer it over gas, big time.  I am so excited to start smoking.  I placed a thread in the general forum with a couple of questions, but the truth is, I could probably ask a thousand more.  Any tips to help me are welcome.  I look forward to a future of learning how to and preparing great food for my family.  I've been reading and learning on this site and thank you all for the assistance.  I still feel lost but i'm so excited for the BBQ times to come.

If you didn't read the "Terms of Service" notes.....please do.  There are a few things that everyone should know about those pesky little rules before plunging into the forums.

If you need any help roaming around the forums....just holler!  Happy to help out!
