My name is Wayne. I am 59 (almost 60 arggggghh). I used to BBQ a lot, but after my divorce 10 years ago I let it slip. Trying to get back into Qing shape! Currently I am looking into a set and forget smoker. I am leaning toward the MBS electric 30-inch model (without the window), a maverick thermometer system, and perhaps The Amazen smoker. I just don't know what the cost of usage will be for the Amazen product because the pellets and dust seem expensive. I plan on smoking brisket, ribs, sausage, and chicken. Thinking about smoking roasts and tri tip, also. Looking forward to learning with you guys!!
