OD, evening....   If you posted pictures, they haven't shown up yet.... they are probably in "jail" and will be released soon....  Our robot jailer has to lock up all attachments from newer members.....    sorry for the inconvenience...     Dave

Here's one, this is the original test garden which went really well.  We are currently fully engaged in getting the "real" garden laid out and set up.  About 24 tomato pots, 12 corn barrels, 40 stacks of four pots on a grow bucket, and 16 field pea barrels.....plus flowers, got to have flowers for the missus and daughter.

oh man!  This is sooooo cool!  Love it!

Looks great I also have a Verti-Gro system and do some growing in pots outside as well.

I'll post more pics when the big garden gets going.  I bought my stack pots off the internet, craigslist.  Verti-Gro has a web page and the people are really helpful.  It is a great way to garden.  I will end up with about 1000 plants in a space of about 600 SF.  Growing upwards is a great way to do it.

Depending on crop you can go higher than four pots. Verti-Gro carries an extension pipe for the tower that will let you go 7 pots high which is what most of my towers are. What are you growing the corn in? I'm using 7 gal pots and plant 6 stalks per pot

I'm too lazy to reach seven pots high......My corn and the field peas will be in plastic half-barrels.  These are the ones you see all over craigslist, mostly blue, but also some black ones.  They are 24" in diameter and about 18" deep.  I haven't settled on exactly how many in a barrel yet.  I've seen corn pretty well stuffed into buckets, barrels etc and it did ok, but no need to force it, there's only three in our family.  I'm thinking maybe four field pea plants per barrel also.
