My RC post

  1. Newbie from Roswell, GA. Been smoking about 2 mo. Have a Masterbuilt propane smoker. Like it a lot. Just posted a question about soak or no soak the wood chips. Gonna do a sirloin tip roast this weekend if I can get a nice window between the scattered t-storms. Thanks for help in advance, :grilling_smilie:

Hello and welcome to the site, loads of information on here, I am a charcoal and wood guy, never owned a propane smoker I do cook all the time on my grill, sometimes I will soak wood chips and wrap in foil when I am grilling I am sure someone here can give you a better idea on which is best for a propane smoker
