I have been a BBQ fan for a long time. This Christmas, my wife bought me an MES and I smoked my first pork butt the weekend after Christmas using some tips I read here. I live in southwest Virginia, but just moved here from Nashville, TN. I grew up in south Georgia. Consequently, my barbecue tastes are all over the place but I don't like sweet sauce.
