Well I just cooked the best chicken ever on my GSOM. I when all Myron on it and used some green peach wood that I have, a dry rub and some EVOO. We do not eat the skin so I did not care to much if it was crispy or not but the flavor was amazing. I have corrupted my 10 year old daughter, she cut into her chicken and said look at the smoke ring dad (my angel). Just wanted to share my success.
