I never thought I would make this many posts on SMF! I have learned so much already. My UDS is about half worn out and I've gained another ten pounds. My wife is still excited when she smells the smoker, my kids, not so much. To bad for them! Ha Ha!

To all the Newbies, keep reading! My Gram used to say " If you can read, you can do anything!" I'm still reading old post everyday while checking the new post.  Keep having fun and don't get dicouraged. Ask more questions! Good Luck and Thanks again, Jeff.

I'll have to agree. This forum is awesome. I smoke at least twice a week and sometimes three time a week....
