Mule's smoked turkey breast on a BGE with Qview

  1. I started with a 7 LB bone in breast. Gave it a bath followed by a rub down. I use my rub. Let it rest in the fridge overnight uncovered. The next day get the BGE going with a little hickory and oak.going to start at 300 deg. When it hits 150 IT I kicked the temp up to 375. I removed the bird when IT hit 160 deg. I let it rest for 1 hour uncovered. Very nice skin.
