More beef ribs (Q view)

    Put rub on last night, put in fridge over night, and this is them this morning.
    Were smokin!
    This is at two hours or so smokin. Just foiled them and put a little pink miscato in the foil.
    Will update when i pull from foil just before the finishing touches and smoke.:drool :biggrin:

    Out of the foil back in the smoke!
    Made a nice salad for the side when they get done.

    Done smoking! Now they go into foil and wrap in towel to let rest. Cant wait!:drool :sausage:

    Nice Job on those Ribs, Muskrat !![​IMG]--------------[​IMG]

    Beef Ribs are my favorite.[​IMG]

    However I never buy them already cut, because of how they ruin them by removing just about all the meat, even between the bones!!

    I like to buy my Standing Rib Roasts, and cut the bones off myself, leaving about an extra inch of meat on the bone side of my cut.

    That's the only way I can get Beef Ribs with meat on them!!!

    Ya the amount of meat is kinda sad but i paid five bucks or so per rack and figured they were great for practice. They were very tender to the point my wife actually thought they were too tender. I thought they were fantastic myself.

    It was very good. Thank you! I think next time i will try smoking longer and foiling a little less though.
