    Had some time today to do a bit of smoking.

    Monkey Legz

    One Turkey Leg marinated in Jeff's Turkey Leg Brine for four hours, onto the smoker for around 4 hours @ 105'C (225'F), until IT of 74'C (165'F), let stand for 30 minutes.

    Great leg you got there Monkey!!
    I have never done turkey legs, I have had them out at the local fairs before and they were good!! So you have inspired me to do a few at home.

    Thanks Wolfman!

    Never tried these before, and from being across the pond, did not coat in Maple Syrup and melted butter as we don't like it too sweet!

    My sons going to take it for his lunch tomorrow, will report back on how it went down.
