Hey everyone. Haven't been on in a while due to vacation and various other commitments. Still been getting a smoke in as time allows though. Having the whole family over for dinner tonight. Threw a butt onto the smoker early this morning for some pulled pork. Trying out my new Maverick ET732 today as well. Now I'm gonna fire up a good cigar and do some yard work while the Master Forge does it's magic. Qview is not the best, but its the finished product that counts! I'll check back in throughout the day.
