newbie to your forum.my name is bill iam from nothern minn.been smokin for about ayear now and figured its time to learn somthing finnally been reading here for a short and think im going to like it here.bought a campchef,smoke vault .its a propane smoker and ive had some great sucess with ribs and homemade polishes so far but need to expand my list. thanks for now.
