Mini Meatloafs and smoked corn

I did these friday nite........learned a few things about these mini's!

First pic is them made up, using a special recipe a buddy of mine in orlando gave me.............2 lbs beef, so it only made up 6 of em.

i think it was PACNW Steve who first did this, and said two hours, well mine was done in about a hour, at 200-215 smoker temps.........had a HECK of a time, shutting everything down so the whole meal comes off at once, casue the corn I smoke for about 2 hours.

I smoked with hickory this go around. the meatloafs were moist and perfect. The corn was abit old, so it like to stick to the back side of the teeth........but all in all, a great meal. Will be doing these mini's again!
 
Those look good Steve. So, you gonna give up that special recipe. Thought about making some tomorrow.
