Rich from what Ive heard save your wood/charcoal/fuel. nothing more than bones in a box, WHERE'S the pork
Danish Ribs – originated in Sweden, even smaller than baby backs, these ribs are reported to have less meat than baby backs and sometimes have a different flavor. They are usually 4†to 5†wide, about 15†long, and weigh around 1 to 1.5 pounds.
I also heard they scrap most of the meat off of em to make sausage, then box em up and sell the remainders.
I've bought the Danish Ribs several years ago. They were just ok. Maybe not a bad idea ike you said for finger food for a game on the tube, but probably not what you would serve for a real bbq rib dinner. If I saw them I would at least consider getting some again...well now that I've thought about it. I'd buy five or six slabs of real spare ribs for the same money and then you know you'll be happy.
Opinions are like *******s though. Everyone has one and you don't usually want to hear it. Just my .02.
rich i tried those twice a couple of years ago and in my honest opinion man, spend the bucks buying a couple of good slabs of spares, just ain't nothing to em my friend.
Yeah I went and looked at them. Altho the kocsonya...err pork jello sounds like a good use for them. See the link in a previous post. Stuff's delicious!
