MES replacement problem

I got my 40" MES replacement from Masterbuilt yesterday.
I seasoned it according to the manual and everything went fine.
This morning I got a couple of racks of ribs ready, set the temp for 230 degrees. Well, its been 90 minutes and it won't go above 165.
Any ideas?

Here's some things to try:Unplug from wall for a few minutes, then plug back in and try again.Try plugging into a different electrical outlet.Disconnect and re-connect the control panel. Are you using an extension cord? What temp did it reach when you seasoned it? If all else fails, call Masterbuilt.

Tried all those thinks before your advice and still the same.
It reached 275 when I seasoned it.
Next step is to call Kim.
