This was my first attempt at smoking meatloaf. I think it turned out pretty good. It was my usual recipe with a ketchup glaze. I smoked it around 250 for 2 hours....until it reached 160 internal temp. It had just the right amount of smoke flavor. I used mesquite chips with my RO lump. I heard NO complaints at the dinner table. I will definately do this on a regular basis.
