Hey everyone. I'm an engineer in the Boston area. After years of renting, I finally bought my first back yard. Lucky me, the yard even came with a house! Anyway, I consequently also bought my first grills. I'm currently working with a Weber 22.5" kettle w/ Smokenator and a Weber Spirit 3-burner. Cooking has always been a huge hobby of mine, and I like to think that I'm pretty good at it. I've grilled plenty of the usual burgers and dogs before, and I've just recently completed my first two smokes. I'm hoping to learn a lot here and maybe bring something to the table while I'm at it. Cheers!
