Hey everyone. I did this smoke lastweekend, but just getting around to posting it. I started of with the following ingredients to make a marinate...
I then vacume sealed the ribs overnite in the marinate.
After marinating.
I then smoked them for 7 hours in the Smokevault using mesquite. They came out looking like this.
In the meantime I browned some potato wedges in the 100 old Griswold and finished them in the oven.
The day before I cooked some pinto beans in the crockpot to be used as refried beans.
And dinner was served.
The meat had a very nice flavor and was very tender as you can see it falling off the bone in the picture. This was a good recipe and I just love the beef back ribs. For those of you that have not tried them yet, I highly recommend them Thanks for checking out my post.
