Maple Flavored Pork Sausage

    Ground 25 pounds of 50% venison and 50% lean pork to make Maple Flavored Pork Sausage for some bulk, patties and breakfast links.

    Naturally had to make some sausage gravy to have with some biscuits and eggs, excellent flavor!

    Nice load of sausage MO..... I like the 1-3/4 hp grinder..... Makes my 1hp look like the momma bear
