Well I thought I seen a post on the forums, but I have searched and cannot find it anywhere. Something about using malt vinegar on ribs. I can't remember if it was for spritzing, or soaking them in it or what. Does anything like this jar anyone's memory?

I have seen it some where someone put malt vinegar on something. I know you can put it on collages but ribs I guess you can heck in South Carolina they put vinegar on you when you walk in the door to the BBQ resterant don't they.
