Hi all!

I am in search of a smoked olive oil recipe and that brought me to this forum!  I'm attempting to make some right now - I understand stirring is the secret.

I have enjoyed smoking meats for several years now and have a website I'm going to be overhauling called grillingirl.com.  I grill all year 'round and have a Smoke Hollow "Uber" grill (my name for it).  It has a searing burner, gas, a charcoal/smoker side and the sidekick where you put your coals and wood for smoking.  I also have a traditional Weber kettle and a 'water smoker' (the ones shaped like a capsule).  I might be going into this professionally in early 2016...thing is, I won't do beef.  Haven't eaten it in 22 years and I don't miss it.  It never agreed with me and now the smell of it makes me nauseous.  So, if I go into it professionally, it'll be chicken and pork.

It's kind of funny I am considering a food bizz since I have taken off almost 60 lbs but I'm sticking to it, and the aromas of the food keep me satisfied, but don't kid yourself, I indulge to a point.  :0)
