Low n' Slow Butt w/Qview

  1. Hello SMF! Havent posted in awhile so here is some pork butt that I smoked this weekend. The pics ended up finish to start so please start from the bottom. Thanks for lookin at the cookin!

    Very juicy and wonderful contrast of crispy bark, smoke ring, and succulent meat. Thanks for looking!

    Very good bark and a visible ring throughout the chopped Q...

    I let it rest for a couple of hrs wrapped in foil.

    Almost there! Sitting around 185 or so and almost 13 hrs in...

    Good Morning! Looking good about 9 hrs in...

    Dialed in the WSM and let it go overnight...

    2-7 lb. butts rubbed up and ready for the fridge for a few hours...
