I luv this site.... I just rolled up two Fatties and they look great (wish i knew how to take pix and post). I am waiting on 12pm to put them on so they dont come off while I have to go pick up kids. I put peppers, onions and cheese in one, onions and cheese in the other (kids dont like pepers). While they are sitting on the rack they look great [IMG] , hope they look that way when they are finished. I bought two digital therom. and placed one in each end, Is that the correct place to monitor them or does someone have a better idea. Also I didnt have a rack for the probe I have monitering my smoker temp, I cut a potato in half and stuck the probe through it (and into my finger), is that ok? Well enough for now, i'll post when they get done to tell how they turned out. Thanks everyone for all the info you all put on here...[IMG]

It is a Great Outdoor Smokey Mountain smoker. They turned out great, couldnt get a pix after smoked (didnt last long, kids jumped on them).. this is the best I have done yet. I smoked a loin with them so they all turneed out great... Where can I find a Mavrick 75 thermometer??? I have looked every where for one...
