  1. My name is scott and am from central illinois. Employed at state farm insurance. Proud Husband and a father of two wonderful children. Was Recenlty given an ecb with no mods done. Probably why they wanted to give it away. Found this site and competed all the mods and have had great results. Have only smoked a few pork shoulders, pork chops and a rack of pork ribs. Just want to say thanks to everyone who has posted on the site, its very helpful to us rookie smokers!
