Looking to build the perfect smoker, PLANS?

I am looking for pemanent smoker plans That I will never regret building. I have alot of space and some time to work with it. I want to smoke all my deer sausage Jerky & meat for the family.
I have been looking for a stainless fridge but havent found any.

hello road trip, why dont you ck in the roll call section and introduce yourself, what kind a smoker you have and a lil about yourself. this is a very friendly forum but we do like for you to introduce yourself as kinda a first step after signing up. i welcome u to smf as will others when they read your roll call post. as far as S/S appliances watch for sales from schools.churches.hospitals etc...keep an eye out for refrig,warming ovens,upright freezers, etc, as well as the internet. keep us informed on your plans and progress!!! pics...take pics of your smoker construction and share!!!! if you want ck out the free ecourse and have fun!!!

Thanks for the info. I just signed up for the Free course. I am scared to sign up for free suff for the obvious reason of spam and mailing list dist. It seems like there was alot of ads to sell and advertise.
