Looking for plans

Hey guys, I am new to this forum.  I have built a smokehouse about 5' wide, 8' deep and 7' tall.  I am now looking to automate the heat control inside the house.  Allied Kenco and Sausagemaker have some great kits for this, but I was hoping to build this myself.

Wow!  Makes those two I referenced look a lot cheaper, and easier.  I know those two work, I just don't know what parts to buy.
