Looking For A Smoked Sausage Recipe??

i am looking for a good recipe for smoked sausage if any of you have one that is good and would care to share it with me i would be very thankfull i have smoked alot of stuff over the years but have not tried smoked sausage yet. if anybody has one to share it would be great. thank you.

sauusage maker webssite has a pretty good polish sausage recipie on it. thy also offer ryteks book on sausage making for sale. if you are planning on doing any amont of sausage making i recomend you get the book. has all kinds of sausage recipies as well as detailed instructions on how to properly smoke each one. plus a ton of other info.
