Lookin to eat good

Recently moved to Hawaii, from Oklahoma, and cannot seem to find great meat here so I have to figure it out for myself. I have been reading tons of threads from here for a few months and purchased a cheap Masterbuilt electric smoker. I have the Amazin Maze pellet tray. Hopefully I can keep finding great advice and methods on here, thanks fellas.
