    Smoked this last monday for the holiday

    The bear shot is blury.

    [​IMG]Iwent to pick up this piece of chicken and bone came out.It was fall apart tender.

    Are those pics from a camera phone?

    The camera I use is getting old----I usually end up taking 3 times as many pics as I need, because there are so many blurry ones to delete.

    I know---Some of it is from me, but it doesn't do a very good job on close-ups.

    I injected the ribs with wickers baste it was verry good with the cherry wood
    Just like a baked potato on steriods.
     


    Thank for the kind words.Yep your right camera phone. It new to me so blurry all i know.I here you I need to delete so many.

    I will share more http://www. wickersbbq.com  .I have been eating it since i can rember.I'll be 37 this month.It has won many award a couple of M.I.M with dry rub or as a finishing sause. It's thin .

    Yea,. dry chicken sucks.Low and slow and use a water pan and inject moist flavor.[​IMG]
