Long time Eater. First time Smoker.

I have been a propane junkie forever and until recently it did the job. But a few months ago my buddies uncle showed up to a cook out with his pellet grill and everything that came off it was amazing. Long story short my wife attended the same cook out and nothing I was grilling seemed to make the cut anymore. So needless to say I have invested in a Pit Boss 820. Hopefully there is a lot of info to soak up here. Thanks
