Here's a London Broil I did.I used fellow member "Ableman's" Mojo marinate on mine because his looked so good.
Mojo Recipe
8 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons of Lemon Juice
1/4 cup of Lime Juice
1 cup of Orange Juice
4 bay leaves
2 teaspoons of dried oregano
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
2 teaspoons of brown sugar
1/4 cup olive oil.
Added one minced jalapeno, mix it all up in a food processor.
Then I marinated in the fridge.
Almost 3 lb. cut
Marinate for 2 days in freezer bag
Rubbed with Jeff's rub
Seared it at 400 degrees then smoked it at 230 degrees until internal temp. reached 150.
Then I double foiled it,wrapped in towel and put in cooler for 2 hrs.
Sliced it up,it was tender and very moist.I'm going to make sammie's tomorrow with grilled onions and horseradish sauce.
I'll put pictures of the sammies tomorrow if I remember.
We liked it so much I plan on doing another one next week
